GET Acceptance Corporation specializes in providing real estate secured loans to private individuals and corporations who enjoy equity in real property (real estate), but do not qualify, or do not wish to qualify for loans with conventional lending institutions such as banks, trust companies and credit unions.

GET Acceptance is not like conventional lending institutions such as banks, trust companies and credit unions. We provide loan approval based primarily upon your equity in real estate.

We provide fast, efficient and confidential service. We tell you what we can, or cannot do for you. We advise you immediately if you have sufficient equity in your property to qualify for a loan. We also advise you immediately if you do not have sufficient equity in your property to qualify for a loan.

We do not waste your time!

We approve your loan immediately, based upon the information you provide - subject only to a real estate appraisal (to confirm the value of your real estate, as required by provincial law) and subject to a title search (to confirm our proposed priority on title).
